Wrong Items:
If we send you the wrong item it will be exchanged at no cost to you within 30 days of the delivery date.
Defective or Damages Items:
Will be replaced at no cost to you within 30 days of the delivery date.
Music Products:
(CDs, LPs, DVDs, etc): We can not take returns on opened music products unless the item is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective music products will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shirts:
If you order the wrong size you can exchange unworn and unwashed shirts within 30 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the shirt to us. We will send the replacement shirt once we get the returned shirt.
Returns:
Send an e-mail or call to let us know you want to return an item. Please include a note with your name, address, order number, and why you are returning the item.
