Cole Rabenort, Adam Klavohn and Bob Andrews are the guys running the shop. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience. Please contact us if you have any questions or problems with your order.
We are usually in the office Monday-Friday from 11am to 6pm (Central Time).
- Wrong Items
If we screw up and send the wrong items we will gladly send the correct items if you let us know about it within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the wrong item to be returned to us at no additional cost to you.
- Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive items that are defective or damaged we'll gladly replace them if you let us know about it within 30 days of the delivery date. We'll include a postage-paid return label for the damaged or defective items to be returned to us at no additional cost to you.
- Wrong Sizes
Please check the shirt size chart before ordering. All of our shirts are printed on Americal Apparel brand shirts. If you order the wrong size you can exchange unworn and unwashed shirts within 30 days of the delivery date. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the shirt to us. We will send replacement shirts once we get your returned shirts. We usually pick up the cost of sending the replacement shirts because we are so awesome.
- Music Products: CDs, LPs, DVDs
We don't take returns on opened music products unless the item is damaged or defective. Damaged or defective music products and DVDs will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you if you let is know about it within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please call or e-mail to let us know if you need to return or exchange items. Please include a note with your name, address, contact info, order number, and why you are returning the item with the return package.
